- Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
- Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. Delivery time is 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee is $12.95.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery time is 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.
Return Process
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. Products must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send the item.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the RAN. Ship the item to the provided address using a trackable shipping method.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refund Details
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Refund Timeframe: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

- Opened or used products
